Golden Gate at the 2022 Annual Scientific Conference of the Vietnam Respiratory Society

In 02 days, on November 5–6, 2022, in Ha Long City, the Vietnam Respiratory Society held its 9th Annual Scientific Conference of 2022, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ngo Quy Chau, President of the Vietnam Respiratory Society.

The Vietnam Respiratory Society organized its 9th Annual Scientific Conference in 2022.

The conference was attended by more than 1,000 delegates, including professors, doctors, and leading experts in the field of respiratory medicine from both Vietnam and abroad. Representing Quang Ninh Province was Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Health.

This year’s conference focused on topics such as updates on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, chest radiology, non-invasive ventilation, respiratory infections, pediatric respiratory care, lung cancer, and sleep medicine. It also featured in-depth overviews of techniques in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases and interstitial lung diseases. Notably, the conference included discussions on respiratory intensive care and COVID-19. This has been one of the major challenges, placing significant pressure on the healthcare systems of most countries around the world, including Vietnam.

This conference gathered over 1,000 delegates, including professors, doctors, and leading experts in the field of respiratory medicine from both Vietnam and abroad.
